Since 1999, we have been committed to delivering high-quality, North American Made solutions for the trucking, automotive, and industrial sectors.

Our story began when the only truck exhaust manufacturer in Canada relocated to the United States — creating a major gap in the marketplace. At the time, through our sister company, Ontario Filter & Supply, we were supplying significant volumes of exhaust components and recognized an opportunity to step into manufacturing ourselves.

With the acquisition of our first large-capacity mandrel bender, we entered the world of precision tube bending. What started as a bold move quickly became a foundation for our long term growth. Through persistence, technical refinement, and investment in advanced equipment, we expanded our operations to include multiple bending and welding systems capable of handling a wide range of materials and diameters.

Today, Star Exhaust serves OEM dealers, fleets, distributors, and industrial clients across North America. Our facility produces exhaust and tube components designed for durability, precision fitment, and long term performance in demanding environments.
